Google Photos Introduces AI Enhance Feature to Adjust Photo Light and Color with a Single Tap
Google has introduced two new features for all Android users in Google Photos: an AI Enhance button and Video Playback Speed Control. These features have begun rolling out globally.

Google shared information about its new AI Enhance tool via X (formerly Twitter), releasing a video demonstrating its capabilities. This button is being made available to all Android users worldwide, allowing them to balance the light and color of their photos with just a single tap. Described as a "magic fix," it helps users adjust light and contrast without a long and detailed editing process.

Google mentioned that the results of this AI tool may vary depending on the capabilities of the device being used. Similarly, for video, Google announced on its community page that the feature to control video playback speed is currently rolling out. This is a feature that users have been requesting for a long time.
Users can find the "Playback Speed" option alongside other tools by navigating to the "three-dot" menu of any video within the app. Users will be able to adjust the video speed from 0.25x to 2x. This feature is currently in its initial phase and has not been expanded as globally as AI Enhance, but it is expected to be available on all Android devices soon.
