TWITTER CRACKING DOWN ON TROLLS AND OFFENSIVE CONTENT

Twitter is cracking down on trolls and abusive posts and content. The company has prepared it keeping in view the increasing number of such content in recent times.

For this, the company plans to make the safety mode feature more effective. This will allow users to temporarily block the handling of trolls and others who post offensive or abusive content.

The feature allowing user to block for seven days, will be available to users in the UK, US, Ireland, Canada and New Zealand in the first phase. It will be widely available to users in other countries.
