Allow the transaction to be completed

Don't make the mistake of pressing any other button during an ATM transaction. Do not touch the touch screen so that the wrong type of command does not go to the machine. Some people keep pressing buttons on the screen even after giving the ATM withdrawal command. Due to which the wrong kind of command goes to the ATM and in terms of security, money can get stuck in the ATM machine. If you have also done this, then think about it.

Don't be late when withdrawing cash

After confirming the amount to be withdrawn from the ATM, you have to press the confirm or proceed button to complete the next process. Then the cash starts flowing out of the ATM. When cash comes out, take it out of the machine immediately. If you delay that time, your money will either be lost or re-entered.

Do not insert the card into the machine repeatedly

If you try to re-insert the card while the ATM is proceeding with the transaction, it is very likely that your money will be lost. So don't make the mistake of putting the ATM card back in the machine until the transaction is completed and the money is out.

Lastly, don't panic if your money or card gets stuck in the machine due to a technical glitch in the ATM. Inform bank employees or guards around ATM machines. If this is not possible, call the customer service center of the bank where you have your account or the bank concerned.
