FACEBOOK MESSENGER COMES WITH 'VANISH MODE', CHAT DISAPPEARS AUTOMATICALLY

Meta has added a new 'Vanish mode' for Facebook Messenger users. This feature has

already appeared on WhatsApp and Instagram. This feature allows you to send messages that will automatically disappear. When you view messages, they will automatically disappear from the chat, 'the company said.

The Vanish mode of Messenger is also very easy for users to use. After the update, you can enter Vanish mode by swiping up your messenger chat thread (pushing your finger upwards). After swiping up a second time, Messenger will return to normal mode. But this feature is not available in group chat. Not only text but also mimes, GIFs, stickers and reactions will be automatically deleted in Vanish mode of Facebook Messenger.

This is upto you whether or not to use the Vanish mode with a certain person. If someone takes a screenshot in Vanish mode, you will also receive a notification.

With this feature available on both Android and iOS, Facebook Messenger's chat will be end-to-end encrypted, according to Meta.
